No refunds or exchanges are offered on sale items or gifts.
Puro Utz Pin Pin will be sending you a quality product meeting the standards.
* International customers are responsible for all tariffs and customs that your country will charge.
** Payment will be required to clear your order at customs before delivery.
We recommend you read the policies responsibly.
If your order was fully processed, you will receive an email from Puro Utz Pin Pin confirming your purchase along with the order details. Please be sure to verify your information at the time of payment so that the email and the order confirmation product go to the right places.
Please wait between 2 and 4 business days to give the tracking number of your shipment.
Your location will determine the number of days your package will take to be delivered.
Generally international orders take around 8-10 days after purchase.
The business days to be delivered are from Monday to Friday.
* We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all national holidays and, therefore, we will not ship in those days.
If you need to place an order for an urgent shipment or make changes to an existing order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Keep in mind that order changes can not be completed if your order has already been fulfilled. We will contact you by email if your order is delayed or should be canceled due to payment problems, actions or any unforeseen reason.
For the protection of the customer, Puro Utz Pin Pin will not be able to add or remove any item from an order that has already been fulfilled. If your order is still being processed, changes will only be accepted if received in writing to email@example.com
If you want to add an item you missed, you will need to place a separate order for that item.
Puro Utz Pin Pin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with incorrect shipping information, we can not refund or replace the merchandise. Contact your local post office with your tracking information if you did not receive your package, but it says delivered.
Pure Utz Pin Pin will ship internationally, but please note that tariffs, and taxes may apply.

Investigate the laws in the country you wish to send before ordering to determine these rates.
Once your items are ready to be picked up by our transport company, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided at the time of payment. Wait 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update on your system.
If you did not receive a tracking number, be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder. Also, be sure to provide the correct email address when paying. If you have not received a tracking number yet, please send an email to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so that your email is updated and the shipping confirmation email is sent to you.
